Our new restaurunt, ANNEX Kaiseki Cuisine Gion Matsumuro

We are delighted to share great news that Kaiseki cuisine Gion Matsumuro has recently joined our hotel.

Gion Matsumuro is like a hidden treasure at Gion, serving authentic Kaiseki Cuisine.
The chef, Harutaka Matsumuro started his career at a 3-Michelin star restaurant, "Hyotei". Recognised by the owner after years of cultivating his skills, Mr. Matsumuro opened his own restaurant in 1990.

Seasonal dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients. Besides the traditional Kaiseki lunch and dinner, Japanese breakfast is also served, exclusively for guests staying at our hotel.
